All services/sessions will be available via Live Stream. Nursery and Children’s Activities/Services are available during all services/sessions; we ask that you please register all children for Nursery and Children’s Activities/Services (this is important to help us ensure we are adequately staffed for each age group).

  • All delegates are encouraged to attend district assembly in person.  Live stream viewing and electronic voting will be available for those participating remotely.  Ministers will receive their voting codes via mail and email and on-site; Lay representatives will receive their voting codes through their local church/pastor and on-site.

How do I login to watch the ASSEMBLY?

Follow the link on: www.ncodistrict.org/assembly and then look for and click on the “Live Stream Link” option.

Do I need to sign in to or create an account to use YouTube?

While it is not necessary to log in to view the Assembly, we strongly encourage you to do so; this will allow you to utilize the chat option. Even if you don’t plan on using the chat, it will be best to log in. You quickly create an account by providing Google/Gmail credentials.

 

What if the volume is low?

Make sure that the volume in YouTube (look for the speaker icon on the lower left of video screen) is set to your desired level as well as the volume on your device.

 

Where can I find the ballots?

www.ncodistrict.org/assembly

 

We encourage you to have two internet browser windows open (one to watch the live stream and another with www.ncodistrict.org/assembly to access the ballot during the assembly). Some devices will drop the YouTube video if you try to open the ballot in the same window as the stream. Consider watching on a computer and voting on your smart phone or tablet.

Even though the voter identifications are random, is my voting anonymous?

Absolutely!  We can see which voter codes are used but not the individual voter results.

 

What happens if I vote for too many?

You may vote for less, but the system will alert you if you try to vote for too many.
