Missionary Health Care

This important fund provides health insurance and medical care for missionaries and their families. The Nazarene Missionary Medical Plan pays for insurance that typically covers diagnosis of physical conditions and diseases, dental/vision/auditory health care, evacuation by air and ground ambulance when needed, physical exams for Nazarene missionary families, treatment of childhood diseases and injuries for missionary kids, hospitalization, emergency care, prescription medications, surgical procedures, maternity care and mental health services.

Missionary Health Care, Fund 215

The missionary healthcare fund is beginning to run low. The NMI 110th Anniversary Project, running through the NMI General Convention in 2027, is a practical wayto support this fund.

Action: Consider a special offering specifically for this need. Please mark offerings “Missionary Healthcare, fund 215."  Give online here.

Memorial Roll

Established in 1919, is a way to honor deceased friends and loved ones and contribute to Missionary Health Care A certificate is issued in the name of the person memorialized and is often presented to a family member or displayed in the church.

Distinguish Service Awards

A tribute to Nazarenes who are living, for their service to the church and are used to provide medical assistance for Nazarene missionaries through Missionary Health Care. DSA is given through NMI, it does need not be given in the area of missions.

Testimony
