BLAST
Step 3: Complete the Medical Release form. Every student participating and spectating MUST have this form! If they do not have this form they will not be allowed to be on campus or to participate in events or activities. Please send it or have it with you at the time of registration on Friday night. This medical form can be filled out once and it will be valid for our District BLAST in March and our REGIONAL BLAST in June. Step 4: Get all the details!
