2025 Ministry guide & packing instructions for CCKs & SSP published by Nazarene Compassionate Ministries

• It's very IMPORTANT to follow the list exactly as desribed

  • No Logo's, American flags or Christian sayings on tissues or stuffed animals.

  • Fingernail clippers not toenail clippers

  • Stuffed animals within the size range listed (required 6-8 inches) --NOT larger, NOT smaller.

  • Pads, not Panty Liners

  • Toothpaste expiration must be 18 month beyond drop off date in Columbus which is typically in October.  So this means for 2026, April 2028 or beyond.

  • No medicated Bandaids.

  • Toothbrushes must be in original, untampered packaging.

  • DO NOT TAPE BOXES SHUT.

• Please mail a check made payable to Chris Powell, SCO NMI treasurer (Chris Powell, 5901 Palmer Rd. Millersport OH 43046) with a memo note of Semi/CCK/SPP/NCO for $2.50 per box of 6 CCKs or per box of 10 SPP.  Or you may also give online here.

• Submit $16 a box  For Crisis Care Kits or $12 a box for School Pal Packs to Funding the Mission for shipping to the final destination.   This is a 10% Mission Special Expenditure.

  • ​Access Funding the Mission site and  Search for Additional Projects

  • Search CCK shipping payment by its assigned project number of 140002. Search SPP shipping payment by its assigned project number of 140003.

  • Details on how to give directly through Funding the mission may be downloaded here.

• Regardless of drop off date or location, please include label on each of the boxes you drop off. (Download approved label)

Otherwise, always be aware churches can 

• Mail or drop off anytime directly to FAWN GROVE Compassionate Center.  Details how may be found here.

• Fall drop off to the Logan Conference Center of SouthCentral District Church of the Nazarene (SCO)

​

When delivering to the Logan Conference, please  include a sheet of paper attached to the outside listing your name, church, contact information and a brief inventory (# CCKs, # SPPs) of your drop off and bring a check made payable to Chris Powell, SCO NMI treasurer with a memo note  of Semi/CCK/SPP/NCO for $2.50 per box of 6 CCKs or per box of 10 SPP.
